Following a proposal of the current editors, who consulted the editorial board, and in coordination with the Publisher OUP, the Foundation has appointed Dr. Jack Peerlings (Wageningen University) as editor of the ERAE. He will take up this position by September 1, 2016 when Steven McCorriston steps down as editor. The board congratulates Jack with his appointment and thanks all candidates for their their application. From now on we will replace one of the four editors every year, and advertise for the position in autumn.
