The ERAE Lecture at the 14th EAAE Congress in Slovenia will be given by Louis–Georges Soler and Vincent Requillart (INRA, France). Their paper is an original review paper, entitled “Is the reduction of chronic diseases related to food consumption in the hands of the food industry?” For more information on the congress, see their website.
